Steven E. Michael Publishing is a private publisher of books, articles, and blogs written exclusively by Steven E. Michael.  Bookstores or libraries do not sell or possess my books.  The only place to purchase my work is through this website.

Customers pay through PayPal only.  No personal or business checks, cashiers’ checks or money orders are accepted.

Shipping

Orders for hard-copy books ship within 30 days, but most ship within three business days.  Hard copy books are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.  We only ship to U.S. domestic addresses and do not ship to international, APO, or FPO addresses.  No shipment tracking is available.

E-book chapters and books are downloadable immediately after payment is completed.  YOU initiate the download by accessing the “Download” tab.

Refunds, Returns, and Cancellation Policies

If you are charged in error (which is nearly impossible since you created the order), we will investigate and refund erroneous charges.  If a received hard-copy book is defective, we will ship a replacement copy after receiving the defective copy – at your shipping expense.  All other sales are final and no cancellation will be honored.

Frequently Asked Questions

When will my hard-copy book arrive?

Hard-copy orders are handled daily and usually ship via USPS Priority Mail the next business day.  If it has been less than two weeks since you placed the order, be patient.  The postal service sometimes has sporadic delivery times.  E-book orders are downloaded by you immediately after payment is confirmed.

My hard-copy book arrived ripped or bent, can I get a new copy?

Talk to your mailman.  All hard-copy books leave our facility in perfect condition.  If the pages are torn and there is no other defect, a replacement copy is not available from me.  If a hard-copy book is defective in some other manner (pages out of order, etc.), ship the hard-copy back to me, at your expense, and a new copy will be sent to you after I receive the defective one.

Can you ship a hard-copy book internationally?

No, we do not ship outside the U.S.

What if I don’t like the book, can I return it for a refund?

No, all sales are final.

Can I get a discount for buying multiple copies?

Each copy of my books and chapters brings knowledge and enjoyment to the person who reads it.  No discount pricing for my books is available.

The e-chapter I bought did not download to my device.
